Job Description

Mō te tūnga | About the role

The Administration and Logistics Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality support across facilities, fleet management, reception, canteen services, and other operational needs. Working collaboratively within the Administration and Logistics team and across the wider organisation, this role ensures seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

With a strong customer focus and a flexible, can-do attitude, the ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, proactive, and ready to contribute wherever needed. The role also involves meaningful engagement with iwi/hapū and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.

We like to set people up for success so you’ll be a leading applicant if you have:

• A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and gain the cooperation of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• At least two years’ experience in administration, preferably within local government
• A friendly, can-do attitude and strong people skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills, with a focus on achieving tasks and goals efficiently

The starting remuneration range for this role is $52,350 - $61,588 per annum (including KiwiSaver).
