🔧 What you will work on
* Building and maintaining production‑grade Rails applications
* Designing and integrating RESTful APIs
* Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
* Writing automated tests to ensure quality and reliability
* Collaborating across small, high‑trust engineering teams
⭐ Tech & Skills required
* 3–5 years’ experience building real‑world Ruby on Rails applications
* Strong OO design + MVC fundamentals
* Confidence with REST APIs, relational databases and automated testing
* A proactive, curious engineer who loves solving problems
* Someone who thrives in both solo and collaborative environments
* React/JavaScript experience is a bonus — but not essential.
