A well-established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role with clear progression to Partner level.
The position has arisen due to continued business growth and increasing demand for commercial valuation services. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base including private individuals, pension funds, companies, banks, and public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate commercial property valuation reports
* Conduct Reinstatement Cost Assessment Appraisals
* Provide expert witness services when required
* Advise clients on development opportunities
* Undertake valuations for pension fund purposes
Candidate Profile
* MRICS or FRICS qualified
* Strong background in commercial property valuations
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Team-oriented with mentoring experience
* Local market knowledge of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas is advantageous

Working Hours & Flexibility
