Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Goods Receiver
* To ensure that all items ordered are of high quality and meet the hotel's luxury standards.
* To prioritize multiple tasks in a fast pace environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
* Ensure that stock is stored correctly and monitor its quality
* To inspect deliveries to ensure that all items are as ordered (correct quantity, quality, and condition).
* To keep detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and payment schedules.
* To ensure all purchasing activities comply with hotel policies and legal regulations.
About You
Detail-oriented hospitality professional skilled in inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination. Ensures accurate deliveries, organized storage, and compliance with safety standards. Reliable under pressure and effective in communication.
