Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London or Corby office.

Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Group internal Audit Manager to support RS Group’s Internal Audit function in delivering high‑quality audits across the business. This role plays an important part in strengthening governance, risk management and internal controls, helping the Group manage risk effectively and achieve its strategic objectives.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across markets and functions, contributing to audit delivery, risk identification and Audit Committee reporting, while developing your expertise within a global organisation.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Planning and delivering internal audits to assess operational and financial controls
2. Evaluating the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes
3. Reporting clear, evidence‑based observations to management and the Audit Committee
4. Supporting the tracking and resolution of significant audit actions
5. Contributing to Internal Audit planning and emerging risk assessment
6. Supporting the Head of Internal Audit with Audit Committee papers and meetings

What You’ll Bring

7. Experience in internal or external audit, risk management or related assurance roles
8. Understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk and control frameworks
9. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to explain, justify, manage and resolve risk, and internal control observations effectively and efficiently.
11. Confidence presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
12. A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, or a professional certification (e.g. Institute of Internal Audit, ACA etc)
