The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Managing classroom behaviour to ensure lessons run smoothly
* Motivating and engaging students during lessons
* Adapting to different year groups and subject areas
* Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
* A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months of classroom-based experience
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Confidence to lead classes of students aged
* Flexibility to work across different departments within the school
