Sales Team Leader - Innovative Cosmetic Dentistry

Leeds

£35k basic + bonus - OTE £80k pa + (uncapped commission)

(On site 38 hours per week - no hybrid/remote working available for this role due to being required to drive a high performance sales culture with your team in the office).

Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading group of dental practices dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and high-quality dental solutions. Our client pride themselves on innovation, teamwork, and exceptional standards in all that they do. Due to rapid expansion they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader.

The Sales Team Leader will take on an active selling role while leading and mentoring a team of inside sales consultants. This individual will be pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring that the team achieves its targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Active Selling:

Engage directly with clients via video presentations to generate new business and achieve personal sales targets.
Use effective sales techniques to convert prospects into sales duringE-consultations/presentations via Teams

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of inside sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills, knowledge, and confidence of team members, focusing on consultative selling techniques.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Analyse sales performance data and market trends to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
Regularly monitor and review team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate appropriate training interventions to bridge skill gaps.
Lead from the front and have to ability to motivate your team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a B2C sales role, with at least 12 months in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Call centre experience advantageous
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Benefits:

£35k pa basic salary with an enticing bonus structure tied to performance - average £2.5k bonus per monthOTE £80k pa + uncapped commission
