Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Based in London, the Executive Assistant will provide support to the European Private Debt team.
* Scheduling global travel arrangements and arranging visa applications.
* Answering, screening, and managing incoming phone calls and mail from executive-level clients.
* Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, board meetings, conference calls, and events.
* Reviewing, preparing, and managing expense reports.
* Processing correspondence and letters.
* Reviewing, tracking, and maintaining documents; following up to obtain information as necessary.
* Developing and maintaining the filing system.
* Performing other administrative duties as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
Experience required
* Administrative support work within the financial sector.
* Minimum of 7 years' work experience in a support role.
* Experience setting up board meetings and working with board members.
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education
