The Utilisation and Mobility Team Leader will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of team objectives. The role will also involve aspects of project management, with a strong focus on driving change, implementing improvement initiatives, and supporting continuous development across the function. Some of your key duties will include: Leadership of the Utilisation team, achieving contractual SLAs, providing clear focus to deliver an efficient & effective mobility experience for British Gas engineers, Managers & the British Gas fleet team using the latest systems Management of British Gas' replacement programme, ensuring older vans are replaced in line with their end of contract dates, including a robust administration process to allow vehicles to be terminated off the system promptly once arrived at auction. Delivering the new Build delivery programme in the most cost-efficient manner, through cross-departmental working with the Contract Support Manager & Data, Reporting & Insight Team Leader Oversee the build programme, ensuring vehicles are commissioned and delivered in line with the build plan and that suppliers are paid on time What are we looking for?
