We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer who is looking to come off the tools but still has passion for boilers and enjoys thinking outside the box to quickly resolve onsite issues, whilst having the customer at the heart of what they do.
Technical Gas Engineer responsibilities
* Providing technical support to on-site Engineers, customer and our customer service teams;
* Conducting pre-installation photo and video customer surveys to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day;
* Complete remote digital audits on boiler installations through our bespoke CRM system;
* Work in-progress and post-audit remote inspections.
Technical Gas Engineer requirements
* Minimum 5 years domestic gas boiler installation and breakdown experience;
* Experience with installing Worcester Bosch and Vaillant boilers;
* Current ACS certificates;
* Good knowledge of S&Y plan systems;
* Auditing experience is advantageous;
* Heat pumps or air-conditioning experience is desirable.
