About the Role
As a Residential Real Estate Solicitor, you will:
* Advise on and manage a variety of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
* Support clients on new home / plot sales and leasehold matters
* Deliver pragmatic, client-focused advice to a high-quality client base
* Build your expertise across complex residential property matters in a supportive team environment
Candidate Profile
* Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in residential real estate / conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
* Excellent client care skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively in a team
* Some experience of new build conveyancing would be helpful.
