About the Role
As a Lecturer you will teach effectively on a range of courses and at a range of levels as agreed with your line manager. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes and participate in retention and recruitment activities as appropriate. You will set high expectations for learners and contribute to an environment that encourages all learners to be aspirational.
Responsibilities

* Take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
* Undertake other duties reasonably required by the College at the principal place of work or other premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
