From clean installs to clever fault-finding, you’ll help ensure our customers stay comfortable all year round — while upholding the high standards we’re known for. (Such as changing a pump or a 3 port valve on a heating system) What You’ll Be Doing * Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV) * Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding * Complete planned preventative maintenance and respond to emergency call-outs * Ensure work complies with F-Gas, health & safety, and industry standards * Communicate clearly with customers and represent the Upsher brand with professionalism and a smile * In the winter, you’ll be assisting the plumbing and heating team.
