Axon Moore have registered a fantastic Accounts Payable Assistant role based in Winsford! Our Client are open to candidates with solid AP experience and also those who are early on in their finance career and wanting to/studying towards their AAT qualification.
This role will see you joining a fantastic, forward thinking PE Backed business, who are a market leader in their sector!
Reporting to their supportive Management Accountant you will be part of a friendly team with a great culture. Your responsibilities will include:-
* Managing and processing all the supplier invoices that come into the business.
* Maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers.
* Building up Internal relations with all depots and other members of the business.
* Matching all purchase orders to invoices received - dealing with queries with procurement and suppliers directly.
* Reconciling all supplier statements every month.
* Dealing with all credit card transactions and communicating with internal colleagues.
* Maintaining existing and creating new supplier accounts in SAGE.
* Maintain deadlines in line with the monthly finance calendar.

Salary is DOE + other benefits! You will also benefit from working on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home.
