Our Day Units are located at both Dewsbury and Pontefract Hospitals. Whilst these specific vacancies are based primarily at our Dewsbury site, successful candidates must be willing to travel and work across both locations as operational needs require. We have full and part time vacancies available for dedicated registered nurses to provide outstanding clinical care for patients within the pathway for Oncology and Haematology. The successful candidates will work within an established, friendly team to deliver a high quality, safe and effective Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Service, ensuring an exceptional patient experience. A SACT competency (UKONS Passport), previous experience within Oncology, Haematology, or SACT service would be advantageous but not essential, as full education and ongoing support to acquire the passport will be provided once in post. You must be IT literate to navigate our various clinical systems, and are able to communicate well. Participating in Clinical Supervision where this is appropriate Participating in the implementation and monitoring of the Trust s Nursing Charter standards.
