What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities may include:
1. Childcare & Development
* Help children with daily routines (e.g. feeding, dressing)
* Support children’s learning through play, storytelling, and activities
* Encourage social skills and positive behaviour
* Monitor children’s physical and emotional development
2. Health & Safety
* Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment
* Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all time
3. Daily Routine Support
* Help prepare meals and snacks
* Feed and help with weaning if working with babies
* Change nappies and assist with potty training
* Put children down for naps or rest time
4. Teamwork & Communication
* Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and managers
* Communicate with parents about their child’s day and progress
* Keep records or help update learning journals
Who We’re Looking For
* A Full and Valid UK Drivers License
* Aged 18 or over, with the right to work in the UK
* Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
* Flexible and able to travel independently to different care locations
* Willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (we’ll help with the process)
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care
