Role Overview
We are looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hayes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stocking, tracking, and availability of parts to support line maintenance and repair activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee inventory management, including control and disposal of unsalvageable and expired parts.
2. Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
3. Coordinate with colleagues to document and display scrap parts for customer visibility.
4. Maintain detailed documentation and monitor the shelf life of parts.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have GCSEs or equivalent, experience in a large warehouse (engineering or FMCG sectors preferred), a strong understanding of inventory management, and excellent organizational skills. IT proficiency, especially with MAPP, is essential.
Working Conditions
The role involves rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm in the first week, and 2pm to 10pm in the second week. The salary is up to £28,000 plus shift allowance.
