You’ll be working alongside individuals with a wide range of interests, strengths, and support needs - helping them to live fulfilling lives in a way that works for them. About You We’re looking for caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who can follow the lead of the people they support. You’ll be calm under pressure, able to adjust to changing situations, and enjoy working as part of a team.
