About the role
• Working as an Inclusive Learning Support Assistant across primary and secondary year groups
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH and communication difficulties
• Providing one to one support, small group work and general classroom assistance
• Helping pupils stay engaged, follow routines and build confidence in school
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to adapt support where needed
• Term time work with a mixture of short term and longer term bookings
Training and support
• No school based experience required to start
• Funded training provided before placement
• Ongoing CPD and development opportunities
• Continued support from a dedicated consultant

About you
• Interested in working with children and young people
• Patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships
• Open to learning and developing new skills
• Experience in care, youth work, coaching or similar is helpful but not essential
• Willing to obtain or already hold an enhanced DBS
