What does a 360 recruiter do?
* Identify, headhunt and build relationships through conversations with potential technical candidates globally
* Engage with and manage potential talent through e-marketing, meetings, phone and utilise various tools to market, sell and align opportunities to potential talent and clients
* Conduct thorough market research to find and engage with new clients within your tech focus and focus on building, owning and maintaining relationships with some of the biggest technically transformative firms globally
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process with candidate’s and clients - from the moment you speak to the candidate introducing them to your client, all the way to them getting the job and caring for them after – you’re in the drivers seat!
