Position Overview
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fee earners in their day-to-day work by providing support and handling a range of legal tasks, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process.
Responsibilities
1. Draft legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
2. Prepare SDLT and Land Registry forms accurately
3. Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and gather information
4. Record time and assist fee earners with administrative tasks
5. Provide typing support to the conveyancing department
Requirements
6. Proven experience as a paralegal within residential conveyancing
7. Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
9. Strong knowledge of electronic legal forms and software
10. Previous experience in residential property compliance (desirable)
