* Manage the logistics and ensuring all runs smoothly on the day—both locally and overseas when required.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
* Work closely and build relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners, including designers, and copywriters, to align project timelines and expectations.
* Liaise with external agencies and vendors to manage creative requests and the delivery of final assets, ensuring the work moves efficiently and in a timely manner.
Creative Process Support
* Maintain an understanding of the creative process and contribute to the smooth flow of work from concept to final production.
* Help ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirements.

* Strong communication and organizational skills, with a confident approach to managing timelines and working with multiple stakeholders.
* An agile, solutions-focused mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Willingness to travel for international shoots.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday)
