Project Manager - Hawk Technical Publications
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee Hawk Technical Publications activities. The role involves project control, stakeholder management, and ensuring project deliverables meet KPIs.
1. Reporting on Hawk TP performance against Key KPIs via Capability Programmes and Service Fleets Performance Reviews.
2. Analyzing spend data provided by PC's and collating commentary on Spend vs Progress.
3. Ensuring Hawk TP projects have robust EACs based on performance against baseline plans.
4. Creating, managing, and maintaining accurate level 2 plans/schedules for all contracted work.
5. Providing SME advice on estimates, maintaining cost metrics, and documenting with comprehensive DAREOs.
6. Highlighting supply and demand issues to the Product Engineering Manager affecting key deliverables.
7. Managing project risks and opportunities, recording in formal risk registers, and escalating risks as needed.
8. Reporting to the Brough Technical Publications Project Manager, responsible for project management and control activities.
9. Planning workload and controlling spend within the team.
10. Managing business operations, stakeholder interfaces, and dependencies with production teams.

Experience & Skills:
* Project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, JIRA.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:
* Managing resourced schedules.
* Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Experience in highly regulated engineering environments.
Additional Information: Many roles require security and export control clearances. Applicants should meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard, with higher vetting levels requiring 5-10 years of UK residency.
