Thrive Group Bolton are seeking a proactive and organised individual to supervise our Commercial Waste Collection Service and operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily waste collection operations, ensuring routes are completed and issues resolved promptly.
* Supervise and support staff, including performance management, training, and team briefings.
* Assist Team Leaders with daily service delivery.
* Promote the service, develop customer accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor resources, budgets, and resolve payment-related queries.
* Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with waste management regulations.
* Handle customer enquiries, records, and support debt recovery processes.
* Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.
* Track service performance, produce reports, and meet SLA and complaint resolution targets.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong leadership skills, operational experience, previous sales experience and a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
* Ability to demonstrate detailed working knowledge of the Sales and tendering processes for Waste Services in the commercial sector
* Hold a full UK driving licence
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 with some slight flexibility.
Required to start immediately after successful interview.
This role is on a temporary sickness cover basis, however has the potential to be long term/permanent.
