Your New RoleAs a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, providingprehensive HR support and guidance across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensurepliance with employment laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Advising on HR policies and procedures
2. Managing recruitment and selection processes
3. Handling employee relations issues
4. Supporting performance management and development initiatives
5. Ensuringpliance with employment legislation
6. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
What You Will Need to Succeed
7. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing or a similar industry
8. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
