As the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving performance, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our catering services consistently exceed expectations. Youll mentor and develop site managers, champion operational standards, and lead continuous improvement across your region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and develop a team of Operation Managers and Site Managers
Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are met
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
Deliver outstanding food and service standards that reflect my clients brand values
Champion innovation and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
Support mobilisation of new contracts and transitions across sites
About You

Proven multi-site management experience within contract catering (education, B&I, or similar sectors)
