High School Diploma required.* **2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment preferred.*** Ability to work 3 rotating shifts.* Must be able to work weekends.* Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, problem solving skills, good business judgment and decision-making skills. Emphasis on mutual respect, trustworthy and able to influence others.* Understanding of industrial / manufacturing standards and practices with demonstrated leadership ability, setting high expectations for performance.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team initiative.* Ability to identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgement.* Assertiveness in support of safety and operational requirements.* Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequently changing priorities.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
