Our client is hiring for a National Account Executive to support the commercial grocery retail team on their most key strategic accounts. This is a progressive career growth role, gaining invaluable commercial training internally and customer head office exposure. The company is a global, category leading branded food manufacturer with strong heritage. They have excellent long-standing customer relationships with UK retailers and regular NPD innovation.
Role
* National Account Executive - supporting the senior commercial team on key UK Grocery Retailers.
* Attend customer head office meetings with the team and in-store visits.
* Collaborate with other internal teams - Marketing, Category and Finance.
* Maintain excellent communication with retailers.
* Training and development - learn the important elements of commercial account management; P&L, Forecasting, JBP's and Category Data.
What are we looking for?
* Someone who is serious about a long-term career in the FMCG industry.
* Someone who is looking for a commercial, entry level role in the FMCG industry.
* You could already be working for an FMCG manufacturer, looking for more Account / Grocery Retail exposure.
* Could be someone at Graduate level, seeking that first step on the ladder.
* Sales experience outside of industry but demonstrates drive, an eagerness to learn and career ambition.
