About the Role
Proactively work to acquire new partner customers for Teqcycle and HP Certified refurbished products. The Partner Manager is responsible for the comprehensive engagement of customers with Teqcycle and HP Certified Refurbished. Actively cultivate relationships between organizations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop existing assigned customers and expand the portfolio of services in alignment with Foxway's growth targets and strategic objectives.
Role Responsibilities
* Acquire new UK-based partners for Teqcycle and HP Certified Refurbished products.
* Responsible for the entire engagement of assigned customers
* Develop customer portfolio (existing and new customers)
* Responsible for assigned targets and budget
* Responsible for verbal and written communication such as quotes and tenders, etc.
* Responsible for governance model with customers
* Maintain knowledge about our product portfolio and service offerings
* Actively develop our way of selling to be “best in class”
* Use our systems and follow our sales process
* Responsible for documentation, quotes, reporting, and agreements
* Register and create visibility through CRM system to track pipeline and development
Role Authority
* Decide strategic approach to new partner prospects
* Handle entire sales process from prospecting until signing
* Work with environmental considerations and act according to environmental policy
* Work closely with other departments to coordinate tasks within “virtual teams”
Knowledge / Competences
* Degree educated or equivalent
* 5+ years documented experience of B2B sales
* Experience in developing and maintaining tactical and strategic sales plans
* Experience with full budget responsibility for enterprise customers
* Experience with sales to enterprise accounts
* Structured and experienced in negotiations
