We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilise new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace. As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Benefits Assistant to join our UK HR team.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent employee benefits service to our people, supporting the pay and benefits specialist and wider HR team in administering employee benefit programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations. You will manage the day to day administration of the company car fleet and advise employees on the interpretation of benefit policies, programs and procedures.

1. Proven experience in employee benefits
2. Good understanding of HR/Payroll systems and processes.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform numerical calculations
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
5. Experience with managing salary sacrifice schemes and National Minimum Wage compliance would be advantageous
What You’ll Be Doing:

6. Support the Pay and Benefits Specialist in the administering of employee benefit programs including the day-to-day management of the company car fleet.
7. Support with data collation of PSA, ensuring records are accurate.
8. Be the face and primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits which leads into the overall employee experience.
9. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
10. Maintaining accurate and timely personal records across Payroll/benefits systems
11. Manage incoming post and ensure all benefits and payroll documentation is scanned and processed efficiently.
12. Get involved in ad hoc projects relating to benefits administration
