Overview Of The Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our Dams and Reservoirs team. Distributed across a multidisciplinary team, you will prepare feasibility studies, calculations and outline/detailed civil engineering designs; produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules; and carry out site supervision duties. You will work in close partnership with clients and contractors, building strong relationships that enhance the company’s reputation and secure further work. This role offers the chance to develop your technical and project management skills with great prospects for career progression.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
* Lead multidisciplinary projects and bids, harnessing our expertise in geotechnical engineering, dam foundation analysis, risk assessment and breach analysis, hydraulic structures, dam body analysis, and collaborating with specialists in hydrology, hydropower, water transfers, environment, planning and beyond.
* Represent the company in technical and consortia meetings.
* Drive knowledge‑sharing and innovation through training and empowering others.
* Mentor and develop others, providing guidance to support their professional development.
* Promote a vibrant health and safety culture and practice.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
