About Us
At Private Secretary Group, we are dedicated to providing outstanding administrative support to private medical consultants and clinics. As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking to expand our finance team. We are seeking an Accounts Administrator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

About the Role
In this full-time role, the Accounts Administrator will handle a variety of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing invoices, tracking and reconciling payments, and supporting our team in maintaining accurate financial records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and support the overall financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Track and follow up on outstanding payments with patients, insurance companies and hospitals.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
* Support the managing director in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
* Respond to enquiries regarding billing and financial matters in a professional manner.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or medical office environment.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* A background in finance or accounting related education is preferred.
