Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity which could be suited to either an experienced "claims manager" or a "senior claims handler" looking to move into a management position. In this role you will lead a team of claims handlers based over 3 sites (all Yorkshire based).

Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality claims service to a wide range of clients from general commercial to specialist commercial schemes and private clients and HNW.
* As claims manager, take a lead on larger complex clients, whilst acting as a technical referral point to the team.
* Lead a team of claims handlers across three sites (Yorkshire based).
Qualifications
* Proven claims handling experience with a commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer service.
* Previous management experience would be preferred but is not a prerequisite.
* Our client is happy to provide an opportunity for an experienced claims handler to step up.
