Responsibilities includes Ownership of Portfolio Management backlog ensuring sprints have stories that meet DOR Managing project scope and timelines within the sprint Ensuring the resource adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within the sprint Engaging with stakeholders to deliver value driven initiatives, epics & stories within the quarterly PI planning session & sprints (3 weeks sprints) Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team Aligning to Support Model Operations Team. Provide reporting for leadership stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis Ensure UAT and stakeholder signoff has been received for stories meeting the DOD after each sprint Daily Daily stand-ups as per Scrum guidelines. Weekly - Project level meetings with Project teams covering regular status updates, issues & challenges Plan, Initiate & Manage PO related Scrum ceremonies Deliverables includes Deliverable Description: Refined Product Backlog - Groomed and prioritized backlog items for the next sprint Sprint Planning Input - Clear sprint goals and prioritized backlog User Story Mapping - Visual mapping of features to user journeys Backlog Refinement Sessions - Regular sessions with team to clarify and estimate Stakeholder Feedback Integration - Incorporate demo/user feedback Sprint Review Participation - Present completed work to stakeholders Sprint Retrospective Participation - Collaborate on improvements Definition of Ready/Done Enforcement - Ensure stories meet quality standards
