Job Overview
The apprenticeship combines practical on-site training at Norbrook with theoretical studies at SRC, covering various engineering disciplines. Candidates will work four days a week onsite and study one day per week.
Main Tasks and Activities
* Assist engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions.
* Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills.
* Document work activities including observations and test results.
* Adhere to GMP standards and quality guidelines.
Essential Criteria
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Interest in a career in engineering.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
This role involves working in a facility that handles penicillin; therefore, allergy considerations are important. Applicants must prove right to work in the UK at the time of application. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
