What you’ll be doing
* Manage and grow your customer base across your assigned territory
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with independent retailers and foodservice customers
* Introduce new products, drive promotions, and maximise in‑store visibility
* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into loyal customers
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
* Share insights and feedback with the wider team to drive continued growth
* Support and mentor new team members as the business expands
What we’re looking for
* Experience in FMCG van sales, Van Driving, Delivery Driving, Field sales, Retail sales, or merchandising
* A self‑starter who is organised, proactive, and commercially minded
* A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in food, brands, and the fast‑moving FMCG market
* Confidence using handheld sales systems and reporting tools
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable using MS Office and sales reporting systems
* Ability to provide clear and valuable market feedback
