Complaints Handler
Position within Car Planet’s rapidly growing Car Supermarket (over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles) based in Enfield. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum (DOE) with an achievable first‑year on‑target earnings (OTE) of £36,000.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer complaints via email, phone, and in person.
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls each day.
* Ensure deadlines are met and close aftersales tickets with urgency while maintaining high service quality.
* Book vehicles, advise on repair duration, and obtain authorisation for additional work.
* Negotiate external repair fees and parts prices.
* Delegate repairs internally and liaise with the Warranty Company.
* Arrange refunds of repairs directly to customers.
* Perform all administrative duties related to aftersales: courtesy car agreements, trade order repair estimates, printing, and vehicle repair reports.
* Comply with FCA rules and regulations.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
* Every other Saturday

* Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of £36,000+
