Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the global communications strategy for our transformative Digital Core program? We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Communications Manager to spearhead the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA and other innovative technology platforms across the Mars global CPG business. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our communications are not only clear and consistent but also engaging, fostering alignment among internal stakeholders and keeping program participants informed throughout the lifecycle.
What Are We Looking For?
* Proven experience in strategic communications, especially within large-scale IT or ERP transformation programs.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
* A track record of success in global, matrixed organizations with varied stakeholder groups.
* Experience with change management and organizational transformation frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
* A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment across functions and cultures.
* A self-starter with robust project management skills and keen attention to detail.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the end-to-end communications strategy for the Digital Core transformation program.
* Craft engaging and targeted messaging for various stakeholder groups, including senior business leaders and subject matter experts.
* Create and manage a communications roadmap aligned with program phases: build, test, deploy, and post-go-live.
* Design and deliver a suite of program communications materials to educate and engage stakeholders (e.g., town hall presentations, newsletters, videos, executive updates).
* Collaborate closely with the Digital Core Change Management and Project Management teams to ensure consistent messaging across all workstreams.
* Partner with segment transformation change and communications teams to drive message alignment and share best practices for a unified approach to Digital Core communications.
