Account Executive (Field-Based)

£35,000 basic + uncapped OTE (realistic £10,000–£15,000+)

Experience Required: Some sales/business development experience preferred

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing providers of business services, helping SMEs streamline operations and scale effectively. As a Field-Based Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of growth—meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships, and driving new business across your territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, target-driven professional who enjoys being out in the field, developing client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll benefit from ongoing support, autonomy, and a clear pathway into senior sales and leadership roles.


What you’ll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities within your assigned territory

• Attending client meetings and conducting face-to-face sales presentations

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with SME decision-makers

• Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value

• Managing your own pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets

• Collaborating with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities and client success

• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity


What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record or strong desire to succeed

• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own territory/pipeline

• Full UK driving licence (essential for a field-based role)
