Working as part of a team\nHow to support children 0-5 years\nCommunication skills - verbal and non verbal\nCare and nurture of children\nChild development Nat 5 Literacy units is essential and/or NAT 5 English at grade C or above is essential. Foundation Apprenticeship Social Services Children & Young People (Level 2) is also desirable.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrate the ability with guidance and training:\nTo report and feedback to a range of stakeholders.\nTo deliver the curriculum appropriately and effectively\n\nAbility to:\nContribute to the work of a team within an Early Learning and Childcare setting.\nParticipate with guidance and training in inspection processes in line with legislative and procedural compliance.
