What is you role and responsibilities :
As a Plumbing Contract Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of mechanical and plumbing projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of all works
2. Overseeing contracts from initial scope to completion
3. Preparing accurate estimates and scoping documents for mechanical/plumbing projects
4. Coordinating and ordering materials to ensure projects run efficiently
5. Ensuring all works comply with health & safety legislation and company policies
6. Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional support
7. Monitoring contract performance, budgets, and profitability
8. Working closely with the Electrical Manager and other members within the team to ensure a smooth
