We operate busy, high-energy restaurants with strong operational structures, clear service standards, and a focus on great guest experiences. We are now recruiting for a Passmaster to join one of our Big Easy locations. This role would suit an experienced Passmaster or a strong hospitality professional with experience working on the pass in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Role – Passmaster As Passmaster, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service between the kitchen and front-of-house team. You will be responsible for making sure dishes leave the kitchen correctly, efficiently and to the right standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the pass during service and keeping communication clear between kitchen and floor teams Checking dishes before they leave the kitchen to ensure quality, presentation and accuracy Calling orders clearly and keeping service moving at pace Making sure food is delivered to the correct table quickly and accurately Monitoring timings and helping the team maintain strong service standards during busy periods Supporting smooth coordination between chefs and front of house Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards around the pass Helping deliver a positive guest experience through accurate and efficient service You will be a calm, organised and hands-on team member who can stay focused under pressure and keep services running smoothly. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a Passmaster or in a similar role within a busy restaurant Good understanding of food service and restaurant operations Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment Strong communication and coordination skills Good attention to detail and sense of urgency Positive attitude and team-focused approach Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experience We are looking for someone confident, reliable and organised who can support both kitchen and front-of-house teams and help maintain strong service standards.
