We are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our well established client who are based in Mansfield.
This is a full time permanent role. Working schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:45am-4:45pm.
Salary is £25,000, increasing to £26,050 upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the savings team, This is not a contact centre environment; instead, you will focus on delivering exceptional service through meaningful interactions that build loyalty and trust.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Answer inbound calls for customers regarding new business, account queries and issue resolution.
* Make outbound calls to reassure and update customers on the progress of their account opening.
* Carry out full security checks on all calls and ensure safe data handling in line with the company policy.
* Provide support with customer administration and account management.
* Deliver empathetic, clear and professional communication to strengthen customer relationships.
* Remain calm, resourceful and solution-focused when handling challenging or complex calls.
