Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing effective lesson plans that engage students and foster a love for Spanish and French languages
* Providing engaging and interactive classroom instruction that caters to different learning styles
* Assessing student performance and progress through regular testing and evaluations
* Providing constructive feedback to students to support their language development
* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies
* Participating in school events and activities, including parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular programs
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic performance
* A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Proven experience teaching Spanish and French languages in a secondary school setting
* Excellent command of the Spanish and French languages, both written and spoken
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* A passion for teaching and a dedication to student success
* Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum requirements and teaching techniques in the Spanish and French language fields
