As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
* Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
