A bit about the job:
As a Claims Handler, youll support customers when they need us most, managing claims and guiding them through what can often be a stressful experience. Working as part of a collaborative team, youll handle calls from customers and suppliers, resolve queries, and provide tailored claims solutions to meet individual needs. Youll be responsible for making liability decisions, setting clear expectations, and helping customers get back on the road as quickly as possible. As the role evolves, youll have the opportunity to take ownership of the full claims journey, contributing to great customer outcomes and business success.
