Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with SEN on a one-on-one or small group basis
* Adapt lessons and activities to meet individual needs
* Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence and growth
* Work flexibly across different schools and classrooms, bringing creativity and calm to each new challenge
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting children with SEN
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
* Creative, patient, and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience in SEN (or a strong interest in learning)
* Professionalism, reliability, and great communication skills
