Position: Store Person / DriverPosition: permanentSalary: £27966 per annumWorking hours: 7:45 - 4:45pm Mon – Thurs and 7:45 – 12:45pm FriBenefits: 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, Employee assistance programme (subject to probation period)Profit related bonus scheme (subject to probation period), overtimesWe are now seeking to recruit a driver/ store person to work for engineering manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate store person would be supporting the efficient operation of the Stores department by carrying out goods in/out functions, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production through material supply and kitting, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and sub-contractors.Responsibilities:Driving the company van to make deliveries to customers and sub-contractorsCarrying out Goods In duties including checking and booking in deliveries whilst maintaining traceabilityIssuing raw material to the shop floorPacking parts for customer and sub-contract deliveriesControlling stock and maintaining inventory accuracyKitting parts for the Assembly departmentEnsuring company vehicle cleanliness and road-worthinessIssuing PPE and general stores equipmentWorking with Purchasing to order stores suppliesCovering for the Stores Supervisor during absenceOperating a fork truck (training provided if required)Supporting general stores and operational activities as requiredRequirements:Experience in stores, warehouses, or manufacturing environmentGood attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licenseIf you think this role might be of an interest, please contact Marta Kosno 01453 852 542 and forward your CV toOmega is an employment agency specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Energy & Renewables and Tech sectors.TPBN1_UKTJ
