A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding team.
The Role
* Advising clients via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings on all aspects of residential property transactions.
* Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, Land Registry, and third-party solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Drafting and reviewing all transaction-related documentation, including advice notes, letters, post-completion, and registration documents.
* Maintaining high client service standards and attention to detail throughout the process.
* Contributing to business development initiatives and building relationships with referrers of business.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or career paralegal with 4+ years experience managing a varied residential property caseload.
* Strong knowledge of the CQS protocol and conveyancing best practice.
