Key Responsibilities
:
1. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the compliance team
2. Reviewing files and documentation to detect compliance and risk issues
3. Assisting with the compliance aspects of the consultancy programme
4. Managing and maintaining case management systems efficiently
5. Supporting colleagues with accurate record-keeping and documentation
6. Ensuring adherence to the firm’s internal processes and regulatory requirements
7. Handling general administrative tasks as required
About You:
8. Experienced legal secretary with 5+ years’ relevant experience
9. Highly competent with case management systems and Microsoft Office
10. Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect potential compliance or risk issues
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills
12. Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
13. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with colleagues
